The price of 10 EUR is to verify your identity - this is very important, because we will be giving your contact details and CV to your future employer(s).
If you buy a German course of 20 hours per week at €1.99 or €3.99 per hour with our partners in Switzerland or 20 hours of private classes, we will not charge you the initial legal advisory fee of 495 EUR. If you do not wish to buy a German course, the initial legal advisory fee is due now.
Please be aware, that we will only start the process of providing you our services and of sending your CV to the employer in Germany, after you have a payment receipt from KIERO Solutions Switzerland and you provide us this payment receipt via eMail or WhatsApp. You will receive our contact details upon payment of the 10 EUR.
This legal advise service package is a mandatory requirement to formalize your employment contract and access your job position in Germany under the “Kurzfristige Beschäftigung” (short-term legal employment program) — and to secure a new job contract after completing the initial 3-month period.
By purchasing this product, you accept the terms and conditions of the contract with our company and agree to pay the success-based fees (Honorarios Condicionados a Hitos).

⚖️ Contract Conditions:

To receive the job, you must subscribe to our German language course for at least 1 month, starting on October 13th, at a rate of €1.99 per hour, 20 hours per week, in a schedule adapted to your job.

The initial contract lasts a maximum of 3 months under Germany’s legal short-term employment program (“Kurzfristige Beschäftigung”).

During this period, no social contributions (health insurance, pension, unemployment, etc.) are paid in Germany, and you remain covered under your Spanish insurance and tax obligations.

After these three months, our partner company in Germany may offer you a regular full employment contract with full registration (health insurance, taxes, etc.).

If our business partner in Germany does not accept your CV for the initially indicated job, we will assist you in finding a new position in Germany or Switzerland that matches your expectations and professional profile.
The contract is not automatically cancelled in this case, as it forms part of the comprehensive advisory process provided by Lehder S.A.S. -
Your salary will automatically increase by 20% after completing the first 13 months of work. For example if you were earning € 2500, you will automatically earn € 500 more every month. This is thanks to the milestone-based fee.
- On the following calendar year after you start to work in Germany, you will receive a one-time payment of approximately the total amount of your travel expenses when moving to Germany and up to 20% of your year salary. This will be a direct benefit from our services.

If asked by an authority, you may simply explain that you are working temporarily for three months under this legal program.

As a citizen of the European Union, you are not required to return to Spain after the short-term contract and may freely remain and work in Germany if you wish. This information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legal recommendation or invitation to remain in the country.

👥 Who can apply:
This program is open to a wide range of applicants, as long as they meet the legal requirements of Germany’s short-term employment program (Kurzfristige Beschäftigung).
Eligible applicants include:

Students, provided they have no mandatory classes during the 3-month work period.

Homemakers or individuals not currently employed.

Unemployed persons.

If you are receiving social assistance or government benefits, you must provide written authorization from the relevant agency confirming that you are allowed to travel to Germany and work for 3 months.

Self-employed individuals or freelancers, including professionals with their own business.

Employees currently working for a company, if their employer authorizes a 3-month work period in Germany.

Individuals who resign from their current job: once the resignation is complete and you are officially unemployed, you are eligible to apply for the program.
In all cases, applicants must hold an EU passport or a residence permit authorizing work in Germany.

💼 Fee Annex - Milestone-Based Fees (Honorarios Condicionados a Hitos):
If, after the initial 3 months, we help you obtain a new job (with a minimum duration of 12 months), a milestone is considered achieved. Therefore the milestone based fee agreed in the terms and conditions are due and must be paid at the end of the first month when you start to work, but we are happy to allow you to pay in 12 equal monthly installments with no interest. Remember, you do not have to pay this fee from the salary we offered you, this is a fee which we charge your future employer indirectly. After completly paying the Milestone-Based Fee, your salary will automatically increase in 20%. FFor example if you were earning € 2500, you will automatically earn € 3000 aproximately one year after you started the job.
